The Pacifica Apartments

Located in the heart of Auckland, Pacifica Apartments stands as New Zealand’s tallest residential building at 57 storeys. Designed by Plus Architecture, the project incorporates 273 apartments, a boutique hotel, and mixed-use spaces. The building’s striking form is inspired by Auckland’s coastal landscape, with a shimmering glass facade reflecting the nearby Waitematā Harbour. Completed in 2021, this architectural icon adds a new dimension of luxury and sophistication to the city’s skyline.
